This hearty chili will fill you up and warm you all the way to your toes.
In a large pot brown turkey with 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat
Once cooked, add onions, carrots, and celery and cook 7-10 minutes
Add 1 cup of stock, scraping the bottom of the pot.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
